Express Freight Services: We can ship anywhere anytime using a palletized freight system.  This is an economical service for shipping items weighing more than 150/lbs up to 2200/lbs. Ultimate Movers can prepare your belongings for safe and easy transit.  Items can be either picked up by our staff or you could deliver them to our warehouse. Once items are received by our staff an inventory listing will be made listing all the items you released to our company.  You will also receive a copy of this inventory listing.  This tag and list could also be used for customs purposes. This service is offered within Canada and Overseas excluding the USA. This service in most cases is door to door delivery.  This service in most areas is only to the door and you would be responsible to bring your items inside your dwelling.

Packaging & Crating Service: Items requiring special care and attention can be crated.  Please contact our office to advise you on the safest way possible of shipping. Palletizing Option # 1:  We will shrink wrap your belongings on pallets.  Palletizing Option # 2:  We will wrap the contents prior to placing them on the skid.  If any boxes are being shipped they will have to be prepared by the customer or an arrangement would have to be made through our company.  Items will be wrapped either in bubbles, plastic or corrugate.  Palletizing Option # 3:  Custom built crates.  Each crate is specially designed for your delicate fragile item(s).  Inventory is also done and contact information is attached. All items once placed on pallets, exterior protection is added.  The pallet will be strapped for extra security that all items will not move or tip off the pallet.

Did you know.... All wood products destined for all over the world must be treated.  This is to ensure that no bugs are inside the wood.  If your goods are not properly placed on pretreated wooden pallets, your shipment may be returned back or may required to be fumigated.  This will be done at your expense.  When shipping make sure you are aware of this and tht you choose a company that is knowledgeable and complies with these regulations.
