I am very happy with the services that Ultimate Movers did for my family and I on November 26th. Everything that was promised to us from your office was done. The crew of 3 men showed up on time and started to wrap all my furniture in blankets and covered all my upholstered items in plastic. My family & I are very happy with your services and would not hesitate to recommend you and your company anytime.

I wanted to take a moment to personally thank you and your team for the exceptional job you performed for my family during our recent move. Like most consumers, when our house was sold we were inundated with mail from movers offering their services. I met with 3 sales people, received 3 quotes, and gave my business to the team that had been most persistent. Unfortunately, I awarded my move to the wrong company. On moving day, no one showed up…….
I started calling my mover Gary xxxxxx (Gary xxxxxx Movers) at 9am (we had a scheduled start time of 7.30am). He apologized, and explained there was a “clerical” error, and that he was double booked that day. At noon, I began speaking with you and at 4 there were two trucks and 5 men at my home. By 9.30 your team and my family were eating dinner in our new kitchen.
I must comment on 3 factors that cannot go unmentioned. 1) Your men had all worked a full day and moved two families by the time they arrived at my home. I am the third family they moved that day. That being said they never took a break, never complained, and actually rushed so the family moving into my old home was not inconvenienced. 2) While rushing, they still took the time to be careful with our items, wrapping every picture with blankets, covering our dining set etc (even though I said numerous times not to bother). 3) Nothing was damaged, scratched, lost, misplaced or even left in the wrong room. As a matter of fact, Keith even set up the beds and frames with the other gentlemen (sorry for not remembering all of their names!). The professionalism, courteousness and care that we received was consistent, regardless of whom we dealt with. I am thrilled with the experience; my only regret is that you were not one of the original companies I had met with!
I have shared this story numerous times with friends who are moving. I hope you get some business from people who hear this tale, because you certainly earned my endorsement! Congratulations on being a part of such a well run business. You should be very proud of yourself and your team!
